Environment ZI Heating Elements Technologies has introduced a program of implementation of the Environmental Management System in order to reduce the impact of the company's activities on the environment.
The principles of this project are:
- Reduction of environmental polluting emissions in air, water and ground;
- Natural resources use containment;
- More use of recyclable and recycled materials;
- Commencement a differentiated waste collection in order to re-use the refuse;
- Optimization of the productive processes in order to reduce scrap;
- Educate and make human resources sensitive towards respect for environment both inside and outside the company.
Acting scrupulously to follow the above mentioned principles, it was possible to obtain certification in accordance with UNI EN ISO 14001 standard in June 2003.
