Electric heaters for different cooking methods
Many cooking methods are in use today in food industry and in the relative equipment are normally used:
- Tubular electric heating elements (pasta pans, ovens, fryers, fry-tops, pans, bratt pans)
- Flat tube technology (fryers, pasta pans) to ensure a more compact heating pack, a better heat transmission and which is particularly useful for "contact heating" (grills)
- Steam Generator kit (combi ovens), available in different models, with power ratings and dimensions designed to meet special application needs
